Your field software — Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Jobber, or whatever software your company uses — syncs right into QuickBooks, and I make sure every dollar lands where it belongs.
I have sat in your chair. I built and ran a company with 27 employees, so I know what it costs when you cannot trust your numbers. And I speak your language.
Here is what I do not do: Payroll, Taxes, AP/AR, or Inventory. I do one thing — I give you books you can make confident decisions from. I limit my practice to 20–30 clients, so I know your business inside and out.

Summer Shade Bookkeeping is not responsible for errors, omissions, delays, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or untimely information provided by a client or third party.
7. Scope of Services
Summer Shade Bookkeeping provides bookkeeping services within the scope agreed upon with each client.
Our bookkeeping services do not include tax preparation, tax planning, tax advice, legal services, investment advice, financial planning, auditing, or other professional services outside the agreed bookkeeping scope.

8. Fees and Payment
Pricing displayed on this website is provided for general informational purposes.
Actual fees are determined by the service package selected or by a custom quote based on the client's bookkeeping needs and transaction volume.
Billing frequency, payment methods, due dates, and other payment terms will be established in the applicable client agreement.
We reserve the right to change our service pricing for future clients or future service periods.
